Pumpkin soup scones

Ingredients
 

  • 3 cups of self raising flour
  • 2 cups of slow cooked pumpkin soup (or tinned soup)

Instructions
 

  • Combine the flour and pumpkin soup in a bowl
  • Roll out mixture to approximately 2cm high on a floured board
  • Use an egg ring to cut out pieces
  • Place into a lined slow cooker
  • Put a tea towel under the lid and turn on high for 2 hours

    I cannot put a tea towel under my lid, it fits in a grove, and clicks shut. HELP.

      Sadly that is one of the many downfalls of a multi cooker over a real slow cooker 🙁

  6. We did this today for the first time. Love the soup. But was a big disappointment with the scones. We found they had no flavour compared to the flavour of the soup. What have we done wrong????
