Looks so yummy
Can I freeze this or will the fudge separate from the biscuit base when defrosted? Thanks!
Made this slice today and it is divine. Thanks Emily Larsen
Sounds Devine Will have to try this.?
Could you use caramello chocolate instead as that is Gluten free??
Yes you sure could 🙂
Wow what an amazing recipe Emily Larson, thanks so much for sharing it 🙂 I used 1 pack of scotch finger biscuits plus 6 more biscuits for the base and the whole 180gm pack of caramello koalas for the fudge! Very easy, very tasty and looks amazing when sliced!

Making this now can’t wait to try it, just a question I found it very sticky when trying to press the biscuit base, but i sprayed the spoon with oil and worked a treat. Thanks for this amazing recipe im sure my kids will love this little treat in their lunch box.
Made this today. Gonna have some happy kids this week
Have made this fudge slice this morning hope its as good as it looks ? but used 150 grams of butter instead of condensed milk in the base
Made the caramello chocolate fudge yesterday and it’s so yummy and easy to make.
I made this last night but it has not set. Fudge is yummy but gooey what could i have done wrong? I used 2 blocks of caromello choc. Maybe one should have been plain milk chocolate??
You’ve not got enough chocolate in there 🙂
It should be almost that much in solid blocks of choc plus the koalas (as per recipe)
Remelt it and add another block
Absolutely delicious
It’s yummy & the family like it, so it’s a winner at our place.
What can I substitute for caramello koalas? A block of caramello chocolate? I don’t think you can get caramello koalas in New Zealand.
Yep that would work the same 🙂
Maybe 1.5 blocks to be sure you have enough choc along with the other block to set it
Thankyou for posting this, I can’t wait to try it, I live in NZ and don’t think we have caramel frogs so I guess caramel choc will work going to try that anyway. I would like to try extra butter in the base instead of more condensed milk, someone else asked this would this work and if so how much would one use. I’m so excited to try this my boys will be so excited to take this in their lunch boxes or for afternoon tea. Once again love love love you site and many thanks for taking the time to do it.
Hi, can you please tell me what size slice tin was used for this recipe
