Raspberry Jelly Swirl Fudge

Ingredients
 

  • 2 bags of white chocolate melts
  • 1 tin of condensed milk.
  • Raspberry flavoured jelly crystals
  • Red food dye
  • Toothpick
  • Metal spoon

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate and condensed milk in slow cooker
  • Stir with a metal spoon every 10 minutes, cooking on high for 1hr
  • When a smooth even mixture has formed, add 1/2 packet of jelly crystals and stir
  • Pour into lined baking dish
  • Whilst mixture is still warm, add a few drops of food dye and swirl with a toothpick
  • Place in fridge to set then cut into desired shapes

  1. Needs minimum 400g of white choc – I’m guessing they meant 250g bags.

      When you buy a box/pkt of jelly crystals you buy the raspberry flavoured ones
      Then you use the dry crystals ie not make up the jelly with hot water etc
