What a tasty and easy dinner for the whole family 🙂
I made this last night using chicken drumsticks
I also added all the optional ingredients (mushroom, onion and garlic)
And I used PEPPER GRAVY with the water which gave it a lovely pepper chicken taste.
    Thanks Felicity!

I plan on making this tomorrow night. I have one large breast . How much gravy:water ratio should I do?

You could halve the gravy ingredients and still have heaps 🙂

Really lovely recipe. The result was so good. I had 500g chicken thighs and used onions, garlic, carrots.
    Halved gravy recipe. So good.

This was not enjoyable at all. The gravy was so watery, so I added some cornflour to thicken it up a bit. The taste itself had no taste it was extremely bland
