Ingredients
 

  • Packet of sizzle steak
  • -Garlic butter
  • Spinach
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Lay out sizzle steak then layer with as much garlic butter as you want.
  • Then add some spinach, cherry tomatoes and cheese.
  • Then roll up and to hold in place I used toothpicks.
  • Cook for 2.5 hours on low

    This was very nice. I served it with a salad. The meat stayed nice and tender. Recipe didn’t specify the cheese variety. I used cheddar and it mostly leaked out. I will probably try ricotta or even crumbled feta next time.

    Another version we made in home ev in 1988 was beef spread with mustard and then a bacon strip and rolled up … Soo good

    I made this with danish fetta instead so i could use up what i already had in the fridge. OMG it was so yummy i’m definitely going to make this again, next time i might try it with chive flavoured cream cheese

    I made this with spinach feta and sundied tomato with a tomato pasta sauce was amazing

  5. I did mine with feta and cheddar. Wad great. Meat was a bit dry so think next time I’ll se a thicker cut

    We enjoyed this recipe and I made it as written. Easy and tasty. Served with roast vegetables, peas and carrots. Would be nice with a salad over summer. Will make it again.
