Passionfruit Surprise Pudding
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- Custard
- 2 Passionfruit
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Teas Vanilla
- 1/2 cup of Sugar
- 1/2 cup of Milk
- Cake Batter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 heaped Tblsp soft Butter
- 1 cup S/R Flour
- 1/3 cup of Milk
- 1 Teasp Vanilla
- Coconut to sprinkle on top (Optional)
Instructions
- Fill SC'S with 1/2 inch of water.then spray 6-8 Ramekins depending on size with cooking oil.
- In a bowl whisk all custard ingredients together,then slowly pour with ladle into each Ramikin.
- Then in another bowl mix together all the cake ingredients,mix well then spoon the batter evenly between all the Ramikins, and sprinkle with coconut,
- Carefully put them in the slow cooker. Tea towel under lid...1 1/2 hrs on high (all SC are different)
- When cooked the cake will bounce back...serve with Ice Cream or Fresh Cream 🙂
