~~Pork Chop Suey~~

Cook Time 1 hour 30 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 50 minutes

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Cups cooked pork diced
  • 1/4 cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 capsicum diced
  • 1 carrot (diced)
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 Celery stick diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 pkts Mi goreng or 2 min noodles with sachets
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock

Instructions
 

  • Heat frypan then add olive oil.
  • Put onion in and cook until clear.
  • Put cabbage in & cook for 3 mins.
  • Spoon into large bowl & break up noodles add all other ingredients to bowl mix well.
  • Then pour into SC and cook on High no teatowel, 1.5 to 2hrs.
  • Serve with rice or Potato Mash 🙂

      No need to pre cook them Kim 🙂
