~~Pork Chop Suey~~
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 4 Cups cooked pork diced
- 1/4 cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 capsicum diced
- 1 carrot (diced)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 Celery stick diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 pkts Mi goreng or 2 min noodles with sachets
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
Instructions
- Heat frypan then add olive oil.
- Put onion in and cook until clear.
- Put cabbage in & cook for 3 mins.
- Spoon into large bowl & break up noodles add all other ingredients to bowl mix well.
- Then pour into SC and cook on High no teatowel, 1.5 to 2hrs.
- Serve with rice or Potato Mash 🙂

is that 21/2 cups of stock made with the sachets or is it extra stock
I read that to be extra stock 🙂
What type of pork was used please
Leftover roast pork would go great 🙂
Am i right in assuming that i would precook 2 minute noodles before adding to SC?
