Lemon Butter Chicken with Honey

Ingredients
 

  • 3 tbs butter,
  • the juice and grated rind of 1 lemon,
  • 2 tbs Honey
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Parsley
  • Asparagus (optional)
  • Cornflour

Instructions
 

  • Place butter, lemon juice, lemon rind and honey in SC.
  • Lay chicken breast on top.
  • Cook for 1 hour on high.
  • Turn chicken and add asparagus to sauce.
  • Cook for 1 more hour on high.
  • Remove chicken breast and use cornflour to thicken sauce.
