Well I thought I’d give this a go because the ingredients- particularly the spices- appealed to me. And it did not disappoint !! Mmm so yummy.
I added a diced carrot & some peas and doubled the spices because that’s how we like it!
At the end I added some noodles to make it go further (as in tomorrow night’s left overs) but it was so delicious, husband & I polished it all off!!!
This is such great feedback Margaret – thank you!!
You’ve inspired me to try it now too 🙂
This is delicious! I made some changes to use what I had and to suit dietary issues – choko and a bit of carrot instead of potato, fresh ginger, tinned tomato, fresh chilli and garlic and onion replacement powders. Also added an extra cardamom pod because I like them. Served with rice and a spicy eggplant & zucchini side. Will definitely make this again
Thanks for the awesome 5 STAR rating Teaghan 🙂 It’s great to get some variation options too!
