Made this tonight….omg its very yummy!!!!???
This recipe is flavoursome, we really enjoyed it and will definitely make it again.
This was da bomb diggity!!!!
Not a scrap left over as all 6 of us scoffed it ? ?
• I left out the zucchini
• I skipped pre browning
• I cooked on low 6hrs (instead of high)
• Served on fettuccine
Ah-mazing! Huge crowd pleaser in our house. Full flavoured and very enjoyable. Followed the recipe with just a few modifications, I left out the zucchini and broccoli. I also added 1 extra chorizo. I used San Remo Fettuccine Curly Pasta No 80 500g and it was the perfect amount for dinner (for 2) and to then fill 8 500ml takeaway containers for fridge/ freezer.
Made this tonight and it was a huge hit with all 3 kids. Made as per Pauline’s suggestions. I started a bit late so put on high for 2 hours then low for 2 hours. Kids all went back for seconds and there is still so much left.
This is going in my favourites.
Made this tonight for my family and it was absolutely soo yummy ?
the kids even went back for 2nds!
I will definitely be making this again ?
We loved it! I excluded the following because I didn’t have them on hand, zucchini, French onion soup and broccoli.I did add spinach at the end and cooked on low for three hours.
going with what’s on hand swapped it up alot ?? so threw in diced chicken thigh x6.
half pkt of pepperoni. handful of each diced frozen onion, frozen capsicum, garlic cube, spring onion, half cup of mushrooms, pkt French onion soup mix , 2 jars of creamy tomato mozzarella pasta bake sauce using water to catch it all. add pasta shells at the end to thicken … should be Interesting ???
… and how was it Michelle?
Made this last night I just put it all in the slow cooker for 6 hours on low. Didn’t have the Parmy cheese so just used mature cheese so probably not as much zing but still good enough for hubby and me to have 2nds
Loved this. Great way to get in a variety of vegies. Followed the recipe pretty much as is but with extra mushrooms. Extra sharp parmesan is a must to enhance the flavours. Used light cream cheese to try and save some calories. Used 500g GF penne and got 9 serves.
Made this the other night. Just put everything in the slow cooker ( no pre browning) . Cooked on low for 5 hours. Nice easy and tasty meal and had plenty of leftovers for the next day ..
Made this tonight, it was very tasty and yummo. Had it with Linguine pasta.
Will make this again but will leave out the Chorizo and potentially throw in a few prawns.
Delicious and creamy. My 2yr old dipped a finger in the sauce, then gobbled his whole bowl. I left out mushrooms, zucchini and capsicum. Forgot to cook pasta til too late, but was fine to just eat as is without it.
Great recipe! Loved it. So good for leftovers for lunch the next day.
That’s so great to hear Lesley! Thanks for leaving your feedback 🙂
This dish is a 10 out 10!!! Everyone loved it and we are looking forward to left overs for lunch today. So flavourful and delicious! I cooked the pasta (curly Cucina brand) to al dente and then added it to the slow cooker. After reading Pauline’s blog about how much liquid is absorbed by cooking pasta in the slow cooker. I had bought broccoli but forgot to put it in.
Fantastic feedback Helen!!!
The whole family loved this dish but silly me put to much pasta in Slow Cooker which soaked up the sauce
Ahh yes it’s what pasta will do – but you’ll know for next time Bec as that sauce is too good to miss! 🙂
This was delicious
Everyone loved it and hubby went back for seconds!
So wonderful to hear Tanya! Thanks for leaving your fab 5-star review 🙂
