Finger licken chicken

Ingredients
 

  • 1kilo of chicken thighs
  • 8 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp garlic purée or chopped garlic
  • 4 tsp tomato sauce
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pour over chicken, cook on low for 3-4hrs.
  • Once done, sprinkle sesame seeds over.
  • Enjoy!!

  1. I served this with creamy mash and a fresh garden salad……. A-MAZE-ING
    The chicken just falls apart and the sauce has an incredible flavour

    EVEN my fussy toddler who doesn’t eat ANYTHING other than 2 minute noodles and baked beans and sausages ATE IT ALL

    I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

    I’ve just made this. I used the tea towel method. The picture looks like the chicken has a thick, sticky glaze of sauce coating it. My slow cooker is full of liquid! I used chicken thigh fillets. Have I done something wrong? Smells great though.

  3. The photo looks like chicken drummies???? Although if it’s thighs it looks like they were cut into bite sized pieces before cooking

      Yes you could it would be extra sticky and yummy – you can use the tea towel trick also

    Great recipe that the whole family loved. I used ketchup manis instead of the soy sauce and in the last 10 minutes I added some snow peas. Will definitely make this again. Huge winner

    Omg so good ,didn’t even have time to put sesame seeds on chicken just fell apart ,did it with mash & salad ,as just me tonight so had extra for tomorrow night …yummmm
