Sweet Potato and Potato Layer Bake
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1x sweet potato
- 3 or 4 Washed Potatoes
- 1x Bunch Spring Onion
- 2x Bacon Rashers
- 1x French Onion Soup Mix
- 1x 600ml Cream
- -Shredded cheese.
Instructions
- Layer sliced sweet potato, followed by washed potato
- Pour over enough cream to spread over layer then sprinkle soup mix
- Sprinkle bacon and onion pieces
- Repeat
- Once finished, pour over remaining cream then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
