Its delicious but super soft and had to cut as it kinds of slimes on everything, how can i get it to have a harder consistency ?

You say add Baileys. Do you stir it into mixture

Yes as per step 2 🙂

Could you tell me what size slow cooker you used please?

I personally make all my fudge in a 1.5L slow cooker

I’ve made this a few times. I find that it takes a full 48 hours in a very cold fridge to solidify to the right texture – it’s then easy to cut and the taste improves too. If you can avoid the temptation for 2 days, it will be prefect fudge after that.

How can I cook this slowly in the oven?
I do not own a slow cooker

This isn’t an oven recipe – you’d be best to invest in a slow cooker. They start from just $20

First time making this flavour fudge 🍫.. I opted for 2x shot glasses of Baileys IC. I also added about 50g extra milk chocolate.
Apart from the delicious taste & creaminess it was very gooey & harder to cut for this reason, even though it had been in the fridge overnight for a good 15hrs to set.
Next time I will add an extra block of chocolate as per the recipe reviews 👌that I have seen afterwards!
