Traditionally a Chinese-style dish of fried noodles with shredded meat or seafood and vegetables.
Often done with rice instead of noodles

It’s a flavour base packet in supermarkets

I’d do this one with either but I bet pork would be amazing 🙂

    Tasty and full of veg.
I added extra noodles plus one tbspn of curry powder.
Fresh veg added, bok choy, carrot, onion, celery and frozen beans ( defrosted).

I’ve made and left comment before.
This time I doubled everything in the recipe, added cauliflower as well as same veg as last time plus 2 tablespoons of curry powder.
Worked out perfectly and yielded 8 meals.
Thus recipe reheats well after frozen.
