  1. its even easier if you buy the choclate that has the nuts in it thats what i do just incase your on budget

  2. Why waste 1 hour to melt the chocolate. Then scrape it out . Easier in microwave or over hot wafter. Less time. Confused.

I think the question you should ask yourself is why come to a slow cooker recipe page to complain about the recipes using a slow cooker??
      Go figure 🙂

  3. Ive made this rocky road and i tell ya its waaaay tastier than a shop brought bulk manufacturered block of rocky road lol.
You do an awesome job on the slow cooker page Paulene ?

  4. Have never made rocky road in my life and had leftover ingredients from my daughters party using a bag of mixed nuts,Cadbury melts and chochips and leftover coloured mini marshmallows wasn’t sure if I was able to make this recipe until I asked the lovely paulene for help and I’m glad I did as I have made them and they became a huge hit in my house and told they are way better then the store bought ones and that they didn’t need any coconut added to them they are perfect on their own. Will certainly be making them again ?

Made for work, looks & tastes yummy. Substituted sultanas for red raspberry lollies though

Or I could read a book .that’s why the slowcooker is so good..I don’t have to worry about burning the chocolate too..can’t wait, hope it turns out as good as last years. Just popped it on.
