Carrot and Pineapple Cake
Ingredients
Top Ingredients
- 2 cups of grated carrot
- 3 eggs
- 1 tin of pineapple (I used pieces)
- 3/4 cup of oil
- 1/2 cup of apple purée
- 1/2 cup of sultanas
Dry Ingredients
- 2tsp of cinnamon
- 1 cup of self raising flour
- 1 cup if wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 cup of walnuts
Instructions
- Mix top ingredients first and then fold into dry ingredients.
- Cook on HIGH for 2 Hours
- Use a tea towel under the lid and fold over the top
