Ingredients

  • 1kg chicken, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 250 ml cooking cream
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons corn flour

Instructions

  • Sauté chicken and garlic together then place in slow cooker.
  • Add cooking cream.
  • Add sour cream with 2 teaspoons of corn flour mixed in.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce.
  • Mix all together.
  • Cook on low 4-5 hours

Notes

  • Served with rice and green vegetables.
  • Could serve with mashed potatoes.
  • If you like extra sauce just add a bit more of the creams.
  • I use Spring Gully Worcestershire sauce as it has a sweetness to it but you can use whatever brand you have. Enjoy.

I made this, too lazy to saute so chucked it all in, also added parmesan and black pepper and probably about 100ml extra sourcream/cream and used BBQ sauce as ran out of worcester sauce, was delicious. Thanks Paulene.

  2. Was lovely yum yum.. I cooked for 3 1/2 hours as I find my cooker cooks a bit hot. I also added a splash of steak sauce . Another one to add to my regular meal list. I served with mash and green veggies.

I made this recently with steak. I had some eye fillet steak that had a bit of fat through it so I sliced it and put it in the slow cooker with cream, sour cream, garlic worchestershire sauce etc and it was delicious.

I use the Spring Gully sauce as well as I’m coeliac and it’s gluten-free (and not as salty as normal worcestershire sauce).

My husband loved this recipe. I loved it as it only took 4 ingredients and took 5 hours approx to cook. Also scrumptious. Will be cooking this again❤️
