First time cooking duck in the slowcooker and I’m never cooking it in the oven ever again!
This was so easy, quick brown in the frying pan then into the slowcooker generously doused in hoisin.
I probably could have cut back on my cooking time as my slowcooker tends to run hot but the duck was melt in your mouth. So tender & full of flavour (my oven version usually enda up a bit dry & sad). Everyone loved it & have asked for it again!
