Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 45 minutes
Total Time 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 blocks of Cadbury Caramilk chocolate
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 400g bag of woolworths Choc Honeycomb
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon of butter

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into slow cooker except for honeycomb.
  • Cook on low with lid off
  • Stir with a metal spoon every 15mins till all combined and looks smooth and shiny.
  • (In a 1.5L slow cooker this takes approximately 1hr 15mins on low but will cook faster in a large cooker)
  • Pour into tray and crush up honeycomb pieces and scatter over top. Crush as much honeycomb up as you like no real measurement for this step.
  • Set in fridge for 4hrs before cutting into squares
  • I used my 5L Kmart slowcooker and cooked on low.

Absolutely delicious! But what will we do when there’s no more Caramilk? I guess I’ll just have to stock up on it! This fudge is too good to live without!

Could I please ask when putting ingredients into slow cooker do you line cooker with baking paper first ?? Thank you ?

No need to line the slow cooker. You only line the baking dish you set it in (with non stick baking paper)

I haven’t made a fudge in years and my 8 year picked this one. We used voilet crumble instead of crunchie. Turned out amazing and my 3 boys are amazed at my hidden talent. Won’t last long in my household!

The milk comes in cans of 395g and a block of caramilk is 180g per block 🙂
