Absolutely yum! Definitely a new favourite in our household, I could’ve eaten more of them but had to restrain myself! I didn’t add the cooking cream and only did 4 tsp dollops of cream cheese and my partner doesn’t like things too creamy and it came out perfectly, he licked his plate clean!

I think you could substitute with any of the ‘cream of’ soup concentrates myself 🙂

Very yummy ? my husband wasn’t too keen when I told him what we were having but once he tried it he went back for seconds. I also added spinach towards the end for some other texture I also served with pasta and it was delicious

Hi, could you double or triple this and have the meatballs on top of one another?

    1. Paulene @ Slow Cooker Central

Sure, I would if I needed to. Just be sure not to stir them etc until cooked and firm to prevent breakage 🙂

Very easy to make and lots of flavour. Used evaporated milk instead of cooking cream and cooked for 4 hrs in high. 6 servings (generous) Served with penne pasta and both hubby and 2 y/o enjoyed it.

I made these but used pork for Christmas dinner. It being Christmas my cat Ratty got a pork ball for dinner. The next morning she was at the fridge saying them leftovers are mine Mumma. Mumma loved them. This week I used beef. Loved them just as much and left over sauce is great with Yorkshire puds

Made this today/tonight and tweaked it a little. Used store bought Beef & Pork meatballs – browned first before putting in SC. Added slightly cooked bacon. Put in SC with chopped onion; Sml punnet sliced mushrooms then the sauce and cooked as per instructions with tea towel under lid. Half an hour before cooking finished added roughly chopped spinach and frozen peas.
    Served on Broccoli/Cauliflower Rice.
Definitely got our veggies in!! Super creamy. Family loved it and asking when am cooking it next.

The hard to please lately teen came not once but twice to tell me after how much he enjoyed this one 🙂 🙂

We served on a herbed potato mash 🍃
& used ready made meatballs to make it even easier (I added the meatball herbs to the sauce instead)

    Yum 🤤

This was super yum..! My fussy eaters loved it. Also pretty quick to whip up in the morning; making the meatballs didn’t take me too long and then just stir together the sauce. Will absolutely make again.
