Dr Pepper Beef Ribs
Yummy, sticky beef ribs!
Ingredients
- 1 Can of Dr Pepper
- 1 bottle Masterfoods smokey BBQ sauce
- 1 kg Beef ribs
Instructions
- 1.Mix the BBQ sauce (leave out half a cup for basting later) and Dr Pepper together.
- 2.Place ribs in slow cooker and pour over mixture.
- 3.Cook on low for 6 hours.
- 4.Remove ribs from slow cooker (carefully as they fall off the bone) and baste with bbq sauce that was set aside earlier.
- 5.Place under the grill for 15 minutes to get a yummy sticky glaze.
Notes
- Any BBQ sauce works fine.
- Can also use pork or lamb ribs.
- Dr Pepper can be found at Woolworths and Coles in the international aisle also available from The Reject Shop.
- Coke can also be used in substitute for Dr Pepper.
