Serving: 4
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 2 hours 30 minutes
Total Time 2 hours 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 300mls cooking cream
  • 300g Triple Cream Brie (Skin removed)
  • 1 TBL Cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste.
  • Salt, pepper

Instructions

  • Combine cream with cornflour and then add everything to the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 2 & 1/2 hrs.

Notes

  • The triple cream Brie is quite mild in comparison to Camembert cheese. So if you're wanting a stronger taste, go the Camembert.
  • You could up the amount of garlic if you're a garlic lover. I'm a bit whimpy with my garlic. lol

Hi, Just wondering if i could use a cream cheese instead of the Brie or Camembert?

Hi Kerry Ann. I am unsure of the flavours to be able to answer your question but I think, why not give it a go?

  3. Made this for a father’s day roast lunch. It was enjoyed by everyone. Thanks for the recipe

Had a version of this the other day, I had said it sounds yum so my sister cooked it for me. She left the garlic out and used half cauliflower half brocolli, definitely a winner. Even more impressive my nephew who has Autism liked it enough to ask for seconds..

Thanks Denise for a delish recipe!
Super easy to assemble (my 5yr old helped me do mine) and a lovely cheesy, creamy cauliflower cheese result
    Will definitely make again 🙂

  12. Had some xmas cheeses left over. Made this (1/2 recipe). Easy. Quick. And delicious. Telling everyone to try this recipe.

  13. I made this for the first time last night and it was absolutely delicious, I havled the recipe as it was only for me and I had left overs for my lunch today. I did cauliflour and broccoli, I used Camembert cheese with a couple of handfuls of shredded tasty cheese and I did it in my 1.5Lt., perfect size ?
I used normal cream instead of cooking cream by mistake but it still turned out perfect.
    Definitely a 5 ? dish.
I can’t wait to make it again ??

  14. Tried this last night and added broccoli, pretty impressed! Won’t be the last time I make this and it was plenty for the family

This is a favourite of mine, I use whatever cheese I have to hand (usually grated tasty) and halve the recipe and do it in my baby cooker. I absolutely love it and it’s so easy.

Cooking cream is one that resists splitting when heated. If you don’t have this type of cream you can whisk 1-2 tsp corn flour into the regular cream before using it as this will also help splitting to be prevented 🙂

SC this recipe for lunch, added some par cooked chicken pieces I’d cooked just before starting prep. Came out so tasty!!!

We tried this recipe recently. I only had half the Brie, so made up the rest with grated tasty and doubled the garlic. It was delicious! A great side dish.
