Is the electric ring shown under the pot an induction one? I have an electric hob, don’t know what you call it but it looks like ceramic, wondering if I can put sc pot on it? Don’t know what an induction hob looks like. Thanks

I find the heat fairly average for my 6L range of slow cookers … hotter than my smaller ones but average for this size
