   good cooker
   but you don’t mention the actual temperatures for low and high?
   can you say?

   i like to cook overnight.
   so what’s the best setting ?
   Low or Auto?

   The Recipe tab looks interesting

      Hi Spike
      Auto is simply 2hrs high then it goes to low until the end
      So if cooking overnight and now checking on it for such a long time I would recommend Low 🙂
