Chicken and Leek Pie (filling)

Slow Cooked Chicken and Leek Pie

Ingredients
 

  • 1kg Chicken thigh, roughly chppped
  • 1 x Leek, finely sliced
  • 300mls cooking cream
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp bush spices
  • 2 tspn Australian mustard
  • Chicken stock cube, crumbled.

Instructions
 

  • Place diced chicken and leek in SC. Crumble stock cube over chicken. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken and mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook low for 5 hrs
  • Prepare pie(s) as preferred.
