Equipment

  • 6L slow cooker
  • Baking Paper
  • Tea Towel

Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic bread loaves (thawed not frozen)
  • 50 grams Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 150 grams shredded ham
  • 50 grams mild Hungarian salami, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red capsicum pieces/strips
  • 1 handful baby spinach leaves, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded tasty cheese
  • (Optional toppings: see Note below)

Instructions

  • Line slow cooker with baking paper
  • Slice garlic bread into it's slices and line the bottom of the cooker with tightly packed slices, buttered side facing up. This creates the base of your pizza pull apart.
  • Combine tomato paste and bbq sauce and spoon/brush over garlic bead to form your pizza slice.
  • Top with ham, then salami, then capsicum and spinach leaves. Or other toppings of your choice (see note below). Finally top with cheese.
  • Cook on HIGH for 1hr 20mins or until heated through in your cooker and cheese nicely melted.
  • Use the edges of the baking paper to lift out your finished pull apart to serve hot.
  • NOTE:
Optional toppings can be anything that suits your preferred tastes.
Eg ham, pineapple, olives, pepperoni, cooked chicken, mushroom and many more!

Fabulous for an easy Sunday night dinner.
Quick to put together after a long day at work. .Ham, salami, capsicum, pineapple, baby spinach & cheese for the win!
    Bellissimo!!!! 🍕

  3. Made as per recipe plus added olives. LOVED it!! Next time think I’ll use red onion instead of the capsicum. Will definitely add it to “weekend recipes”

This was a big hit with everyone who ate it for lunch. Followed the recipe, except for putting the spinach on top of the sauce. I made it the day before as I was taking it the next day for lunch at my Son and Daughter-in-law’s house. Left it on the baking paper and put it on a plate to heat up.
Will definitely be making again. Thank you for a tasty easy recipe.

I tried this recently and shared it with my neighbour and oh my goodness, it is really good, very easy to put together, most of the ingredients you have in your fridge anyway. My neighbour wanted the recipe it was so yummy.

Tried this tonight and only made a small serving for myself and absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to make it again when my son comes home to visit, will definitely be a regular on the menu 😁
