amazing lasagna soup I enjoyed it.
That’s so great to hear Erin! 🙂
My daughter loves this meal and I don’t blame her. It is so tasty – mince, garlic, cream, pasta and all the tomatoey goodness are a recipe for deliciousness. My Mum cooked it for us and it is now a regular in my own household.
Sounds like you found a new family favourite! 🙂
This soup is amazing, it makes heaps and I have a container in the freezer for an easy nights heat up dinner, I only used 1L of stock though, not sure if 4L should be 4 cups.
Thanks Michelle for taking the time to leave your feedback – so glad you enjoyed it 🙂
