Hi, do I cook the sausages then add to sauce in slow cooker and then cook again or cook sauce first then add the cooked sausages? Cheers Christine

You add all the ingredients RAW to the slow cooker then cook them together as per recipe 🙂
Leslee just suggested that the sausages can be cooked whole then sliced at the end of the cooking time

  2. Cooked this tonight. Absolute winner. My kids loved it. It smelled the same as sachet devilled sausages. I did swap the jar of tomato pasta sauce for a can of diced tomatoes plus a sachet of spaghetti bog flavour and half a tin of water. Awesome thanks for the recipe.

  3. Absolutely delicious. Used a tin (420 gm) of Pasta Sauce with Tomato & Red Capsicum instead of the straight tomato pasta sauce. Added a good splash of McIlhenny Tabasco Chipotle sauce and served on mashed potato with diced onion. Couldn’t get enough of it. A new favourite & so easy to make. Thank you for sharing this. 🙂

Absolutely delicious. Beautiful flavours. Meal times can be a struggle with fussy eaters but tonight there were no complaints and plates were empty. This will be a regular for us. Thanks Leslee for a great recipe ??
