  1. Very very sweet. Would recommend finely chopping the musk sticks prior to cooking. Took a long time for them to break down 🙂

Made sure I chopped the musk sticks up quite small. But still took a while to breakdown.
    Tasted great.
Big favourite with the family ?

I keep fudge in fridge for a few weeks, in freezer for a few months

  3. Beautiful fudge! Absolutely love it. But I double the musk sticks. 1.5 bags into the slow cooker and half a bag chopped up and stirred through at the end. Has a really spectacular musk flavour 🙂

I cut mine into smaller pieces before adding it and it turned out amazing ? thanks for the recipe!

Should have read the comments about chopping the musk up small, I was getting worried that my chocolate would split before the musk melted.

However even though I got a little worried the musk wouldn’t melt it turned out great. I left it overnight, just finished chopping it up and it’s beautiful. The whole family loved iy

My favourite fudge so far! Make sure you chop musk sticks as finely as possible (I used scissors) for faster melting. I used 2 bags of musk sticks in this recipe and was very impressed with result 🙂

OMG OMG this is to die for…
Yes it is advisable to have smaller pieces of musk sticks as it melts more quickly.
I can’t stop eating this fudge it is soooooo good

  8. Sooo easy and sooo delicious. My first slow cooked fudge and I think I’ll be addicted to cooking fudge in the SC!

Very yummy recipe. Cut up the musk sticks into small pieces, to make it easier to melt.

  11. I’ve got this on the list for my daughters “Aussie” themed birthday party.
Just wondering… one packet of musk sticks is how big? We have 160g and 320g bags in our supermarket.
Thanks (will leave a proper review after making it)!

The standard is around 180-200 so I’d go with the 160 probably with your choices 🙂

  12. Making for the first time in my baby SC … it will be easier for me to get out, about a half an hour left to finish and it’s looking great, smelling amazing and tasting fantastic … glad I put it in my baby one ….

Made yesterday, cut up this morning.
Very sweet but oh so yummy. Don’t need much for a quick treat/sugar fix. Made quite a bit. ideal to cut into smaller cubes.
Used 2 bags of musk sticks as love musk.
Definitely cut musk sticks smaller next time to help melt quicker.

sensational musk flavour. Definitely chopping the musk sticks into tiny pieces helps them to melt into the fudge mixture. I made 3 times the recipe. took about 2 hours 20 in the slow cooker. stirred every 10-15 mins. The texture was smooth and so easy to pour into the tins. colour is a lovely light pink. can’t wait to slice and share with family & friends. Thank you for sharing this delicious recipe.

First time making this variant of fudge. It was a hit with my work colleagues for a staff morning tea.
I used 3x blocks of white chocolate.
