Ingredients

sausages

batter mix

egg

water

tsp baking powder

Directions

1Mix up batter mix with egg, water following packet instructions, I added baking powder,

2Fry sausages in a little olive oil till browned well,

3Add to slow cooker on high heat and add the batter

4Cook for 2 and half hrs, with a tea towel under lid

Are the batter mixes available in Australia? If so what brand please.

I tried this recipe and it didn’t work out so well for me. It was overcooked on the outside and almost runny in the middle. I would suggest a longer cooking time on a lower temperature.
