A quick, easy side dish ? My daughter wanted to try pumpkin with honey and rosemary, this is what she came up with

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 4 hours 30 minutes
Total Time 4 hours 35 minutes

Ingredients
 

  • Pumpkin, cut in slices/wedges
  • 1 tblspn Honey
  • 2 tspns Rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Place pumpkin in slow cooker bowl
  • Drizzle honey over pumpkin and sprinkle with rosemary
  • Cook on low for 4-5hrs (Crockpot 3.5L), this will vary depending on type/size of pumpkin pieces
  • Serve as a side dish with the liquid drizzled over top

    The family all shovelled it down too – even my 5yr old who is often fussy with pumpkin ????

    Absolute winner!!
