Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg of strawberries
  • 4 cups of sugar (I used caster)
  • 1 - 2 green apples
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Wash and roughly chop strawberries and apple (skin on).
  • Combine all ingredients in SC and cook on high for 4 hrs (no lid).
  • Blend and cool slightly. Pour into jars, cool, refrigerate. Done :)
