Ingredients
 

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 Large chopped carrot
  • 1 medium chopped sweet potato
  • 1/4 sliced Cabbage
  • 1 Cup peas and corn
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 rashers Bacon , chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Sachets chicken noodle soup
  • 1-2 Tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1-2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Brown off the onion , bacon ,minced garlic and spices. Add the mince and break up as it browns . Transfer to your SC . Add all other ingredients and slow cook on high 1-2 hours and then low until the vegetables are soft. The soup sachets thicken this nicely .
  • ###### New wave users. Brown off the onion, bacon , minced garlic and spices. Add mince and break up while browning. Add all other ingredients and turn onto High Pressure and cook 10 mins. If it needs thickening then turn onto brown and thicken with cornflour, but the soup sachets thickened it nicely. Serve with toast or crusty bread rolls, or add rice noodles or noodles of your choice. Top with grated cheese (optional).
