Saucy Slow Cooker Sausages

Ingredients
 

  • 16 thin beef sausages
  • *note recipe can be halved for 8 sausages*
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 x 40g pkt dry French Onion Soup mix (or see our make your own F'O soup in substitutions category)
  • 2 medium onions diced

Instructions
 

  • Place onions and sausages in slow cooker
  • Combine all other ingredients and pour over
  • Cook on low for 6-8hrs
  • - No need to pre brown or pre boil sausages -
  • - If needed you can thicken sauce with a little cornflour towards the end -
