Ingredients
4 large lamb shanks ( or 6 small)
2 roughly chopped onions
1 small can of tomato soup
2 Cups of Beef Stock
Shake of gravy powder
Instructions
Brown shanks in a hot pan (optional)
Transfer to slow cooker
Add onions, soup and stock
Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender
Reduce cooking liquids on stove top and wisk in some gravy powder, serve with sides of your choice (veggies, pasta, salads, hot rolls)
