All in Cabbage Stew
As most meals go this is wonderful the next day after leaving it in the fridge, perfect to have on/with toast for a hearty breakfast feast!

- 1kg Pork&Veal mixed mince
- 250g bacon pieces
- 6 small washed potatoes into 1/4
- Half a Cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
- 2 tablespoons black sauce (Worcestershire)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2-3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 3/4, 1LTR beef stock carton
Place everything into SC With the cabbage ontop, cover with beef stock.
Leave frozen mixed vegetables out for now.
Cook on Low heat for 8hrs or high for 3-4 hours, or untill potatoes are almost cooked.
Add the frozen mixed vegetables in the last 45mins of cooking.
Serve with crusty bread.
