420gramcan Campbells Cream of Chicken condensed soup
1tbspVegeta seasoning
2tspdried mixed herbs
1kgskinless chicken thigh fillets, diced
2cupsbroccoli florets, cut small
2cupsshredded cheese
Instructions
Add the soup, cream, mayonnaise, vegeta and mixed herbs in slow cooker and combine to smooth mixed.
Add diced raw chicken
Slow cook on low for 3hrs
Add broccoli, stir gently to combine and slow cook for an additional 1hr 30mins
Add cheese and stir, and slow cook for an additional 15mins
Total cooking time is 4hrs 45mins on low
Serve on cooked rice
NOTES: ~ Cooking cream is a specific cream that resists splitting when heated. If you must use regular cream, add 1-2 tsp of cornflour to it first before adding, to help prevent splitting. More info HERE~ Chicken thigh fillets can be substituted for diced leg fillets or diced breast fillets. I do find breast can be a little dry though so definitely recommend thigh.~ Vegeta is a dry gourmet vegetable stock powder available in all supermarkets. It's a lovely rich flavour and highly recommended for this recipe.~ For the shredded cheese I used a Pizza Blend (Mozzarella, Cheddar and Parmesan)
