Honey Bread – Canola, Dairy, Egg, Gluten, Lactose and Soy free

Ingredients
 

3.5 litre Slow Cooker

  • 3 cups gluten free SR Flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Cinnamon

1.5 litre Slow Cooker

  • 1.5 cups gluten free SR Flour
  • half cup Warm water
  • half cup Honey
  • pinch salt
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cinnamon and mix.
  • Line cooker bowl with baking paper and pour mixture in.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Place a tea towel under the lid and fold over top to catch condensation and prevent your bread going soggy.

3.5 litre slow cooker cook on HIGH for 2 hours

    1.5 litre slow cooker cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 hours

      Note

      • Regular flour works ok too if your diet allows this
