Ingredients
3.5 litre Slow Cooker
3 cups gluten free SR Flour
1 cup Warm water
1 cup Honey
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Cinnamon
1.5 litre Slow Cooker
1.5 cups gluten free SR Flour
half cup Warm water
half cup Honey
pinch salt
Cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cinnamon and mix.
Line cooker bowl with baking paper and pour mixture in.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place a tea towel under the lid and fold over top to catch condensation and prevent your bread going soggy.
3.5 litre slow cooker cook on HIGH for 2 hours
1.5 litre slow cooker cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 hours
Note
Regular flour works ok too if your diet allows this
