Boil noodles in water first only (do not use the sachets that come with it) drain & put aside
1st add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Add shredded bbq chicken
Add sliced up veggies
Frozen pea's & corn 1/2 cup each & add
Add soya sauce 1 tablespoon
Add fish sauce 1 teaspoon
Add hoi sauce 1 teaspoon
Add oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
Add minced ginger 2 teaspoons
Add coriander paste 2 teaspoons
Add noodles
Add sliced up omelette
Too keep moist just add little water at a time
Server up with steamed jasmine rice
