(1) In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm milk, water, sugar and salt. Remove from heat and mix in eggs and yeast
(2) measure flour in a large bowl make a well in the flour and pour mixture into it. DO NOT STIR. Cover with lid and let stand 30 minutes.
(3) pour melted margarine into flour and mix well. Add more flour if to sticky. Knead lightly, cover and let rise 30 minutes.
(4) Spray Crockpot with cooking spray. Shape dough any shape you like. Place dough in Crockpot brush tops with margarine sprinkle with garlic and parsley cover and let rise 30 minutes.
(5) Place tea towel under lid and cook on Low 1 1/2 hours on Low.
