Combine mince, garlic, Worcestershire, egg and breadcrumbs into a bowl and mixed until combined (or get in there with your hands)
Grab a small amount of the meatball mixture, roll into a ball and flatten then place a cube of cheese in the middle and work the meat around it to form a ball.
Wrap bacon around the meatball and secure it with a tooth pick. It's OK if the bacon doesn't wrap all the way around, just place the toothpick strait through.
Place in the slow cooker and combine all sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Cook for 3h on low, crisp up bacon in fry pan serve with mash potatoes or rice
