6x sundried tomatoes sliced or cherry tomatoes work well
1x tsp garlic
300ml of cream
1 cup chicken stock
1 jar of basil pesto (recommend barilla)
Parmesan about 1/4 of a cup
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Place all Ingredients (apart from spinach) into slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours add the spinach about 30 minutes before serving just to soften it.
Notes
If cream splits add 1tbs or cornflour to 1-2 Tbs or water mix and pour into slow cookers and mix well and it should fix that problem. Alternatively you can add the cream when you add your spinach.
Serve with pasta cooked as per packet directions and a good sprinkle of Parmesan
