French Onion Lamb

- 1.3 kg lamb leg or shoulder
- Dijon Mustard
- 1 pkt (40g) French Onion Soup mix (dry)
- Dried garlic flakes
- Your favourite gravy powder to thicken
Cover Lamb with mustard, sprinkle soup mix over lamb then garlic flakes
DO NOT ADD WATER. Lamb secretes it’s own juice which can be made into gravy when cooked
Cook on low for approx 7hrs
