Ingredients
1kg skinless chicken thigh fillets
1 small onion, sliced
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup plum sauce (I love Ayam brand)
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 shallots, sliced
Instructions
Place chicken and onion in slow cooker bowl.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken
Cook on LOW for 6hrs approx
Add sliced shallots for last 1-2hrs
