For pork
Put garlic, onion, chill and vinegar in food processor, make smooth.
In a frying pan add spice mix, garlic mix and sauces bring to boil, put in Slow cooker, add stock and pork, cook on low for 8 hours, Remove pork and pull apart and then add back to sauce, serve with braised red cabbage (recipe bellow) Or steamed greens with lemon juice
For Cabbage
add all ingredients and 2 tablespoons of water in a medium saucepan,
cook covered over low heat stirring every now and then about 15 mins until its soft but still some bite.
Remove lid for last 4-5 mins so most of the liquid is gone,
Serve and top with pork and then a sprinkle of white onion or more chili
