Chicken, Prawn, and Mushroom casserole

Ingredients
 

  • 1-2 Chicken thighs
  • 1 tin cocktail prawns (usually near the tuna)
  • 2 mushrooms - any variety.
  • 1 red onion
  • Whatever vegetables you like, the more colours the better. I used broccoli and capsicum
  • 1 tin coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Dice everything up to the size you want,
  • Add to slow cooker,
  • Pour over coconut milk,
  • Cook for 4 hours high, or 6 hours low
