Ingredients
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
2 slices one inch thick Brioche Bread
2 large egg yolks
1/2 cup double cream
1 1/2 Tablespoons castor sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/8 teaspoon, (pinch) cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon, (pinch) icing sugar
Instructions
Preheat cooker on HIGH
Drop butter into cooker to melt.
Combine egg, cream, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl
Soak bread thoroughly and gently in mixture both sides
Place in cooker on HIGH for twenty minutes.
LID OFF.
Turn bread gently with egg flip.
Cook on HIGH for a further twenty minutes.
LID OFF.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
