Ingredients
1 red capsicum
1 green capsicum
3 celery stalks
1 parsnip
1 small broccoli
5 carrots
2 zucchini
2 tins of tomatoes
2-3 cloves of garlic (to taste)
1 brown onion
2 shallots
A few good shakes of dried mixed herbs (do to your taste)
2 litres of Chicken Stock (or you can use vegetable to make it completely vegetarian)
500g macaroni.
Instructions
Dice all vegetables. Cut broccoli as you normally would.
Put all in slow cooker and add a shake of dried mixed herbs
Place lid on and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
After 6 hours, place macaroni in a heatproof bowl and cover in boiling water for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Drain water and add pasta to slow cooker.
Put on HIGH for approximately 20 or until pasta is cooked.
Serve with garlic bread
