Ingredients
 

  • 1kg pork mince
  • 300 g fusilli (corkscrew spiral pasta)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 leek
  • 10 mushrooms
  • Tomato puree 500g
  • Tin of chopped tomatoes
  • Half a 425g tin of tomato soup
  • 150g soft cheese
  • Garlic puree

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta
  • Cook mince in sear pan
  • Chop leek, onions and mushrooms
  • Add mushrooms, onions and leek to mince
  • Place sear pan bank into slow cooker
  • Add tomato puree, soup, chopped Tom's, cheese and garlic
  • Cook on high for 2 hours, Low for 1 hour
  • Add pasta to mix through
