Ingredients
1kg pork mince
300 g fusilli (corkscrew spiral pasta)
2 onions
1 leek
10 mushrooms
Tomato puree 500g
Tin of chopped tomatoes
Half a 425g tin of tomato soup
150g soft cheese
Garlic puree
Instructions
Cook pasta
Cook mince in sear pan
Chop leek, onions and mushrooms
Add mushrooms, onions and leek to mince
Place sear pan bank into slow cooker
Add tomato puree, soup, chopped Tom's, cheese and garlic
Cook on high for 2 hours, Low for 1 hour
Add pasta to mix through
