Spray bowl of slow cooker with oil spray
Layer bottom with potato slices, then sweet potato slices, then potato slices until you have used half of all of them
Top with diced bacon and thin sliced onion
Layer with remaining sweet potato and potato until all used up
Mix soup with garlic and mustard and pour over top
Cook on low for 4-6hrs depending on your cooker (see note)
Half an hour before serving top with cheese and continue to cook until melted
*Notes*
- Cream of soup can be exchanged for other cream of soups, eg cream of asparagus or cream of celery etc for different flavours
- I cooked mine in my medium 3L slow cooker which is twice as slow as my 6L large one so depending on your cooker you may need to adjust time.
- Cook until potato is tender to fork and not crunchy then add the cheese to melt
